Intelisupport Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Intelisupport. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our platform or team.


1. ๐Ÿงฐ Services Provided

Intelisupport Inc. (โ€œIntelisupport,โ€ โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œus,โ€ or โ€œourโ€) provides customer support solutions including but not limited to:

  • Live agent support via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media
  • AI-enhanced automation tools for ticket routing, transcription, and summarization
  • Customer experience (CX) consulting and training programs
  • Custom reporting, analytics, and performance dashboards
  • Integration with third-party platforms such as CRMs, helpdesks, and e-commerce systems

Services are delivered through shared or dedicated teams based on the selected service package.


2. ๐Ÿ“ฆ Service Packages & Add-Ons

Clients may select from our published service packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, On-Demand) or request a custom bundle. Add-ons such as multilingual support, after-hours coverage, and AI chatbot deployment are billed separately unless included in a custom agreement.

Intelisupport reserves the right to update package features or pricing with 30 daysโ€™ written notice.


3. ๐Ÿ’ณ Billing & Payment

  • Services are billed monthly or annually, as specified in the signed agreement.
  • Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee on the outstanding balance.
  • Intelisupport reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Invoices are issued electronically to the billing contact provided by the client. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.


4. ๐Ÿ”’ Data Privacy & Security

Intelisupport is committed to protecting client and customer data. We comply with applicable data protection laws including:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell, share, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


5. ๐Ÿ“‰ Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver exceptional service, Intelisupport does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability of services
  • Error-free performance of AI tools or third-party integrations
  • Specific business outcomes or KPIs unless contractually defined

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.


6. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery
  • Maintain access to necessary systems, credentials, and APIs
  • Use Intelisupport services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat Intelisupport staff with professionalism and respect

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their users and representatives when interacting with Intelisupport services.


7. ๐Ÿ›‘ Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 daysโ€™ written notice. Intelisupport may terminate immediately for:

  • Breach of contract
  • Non-payment
  • Misuse or abuse of services

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Intelisupport will provide a final invoice and summary of services rendered.


8. โš–๏ธ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelisupport shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 3 months

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.


9. ๐Ÿงพ Intellectual Property

All content, software, tools, and training materials provided by Intelisupport remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute Intelisupport assets without prior written consent.

Custom workflows or integrations developed for a client may be licensed for use but remain the property of Intelisupport unless transferred under a separate agreement.


10. ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Red Deer, Alberta.
