Greg Veres - Founder & CEO
Greg Veres is the force behind InteliSupport. His career began in the fast-paced world of global quick-service restaurants, where he spent over two decades rising through mid-management and senior leadership positions. During that time, he learned the mechanics of operational efficiency, frontline service delivery, and the importance of customer-first culture — knowledge that continues to shape InteliSupport's DNA.
A graduate of SAIT with a degree in Computer Sciences and Network Engineering, Greg later fused his love for systems with people-driven service when he stepped into the BPO sector. After contributing to top-tier outsourcing firms, he helped build a BPO from scratch — one that today serves eight Fortune 500 companies and over half a dozen government agencies. His leadership was foundational to its launch, scale, and global expansion.
Now, Greg leads InteliSupport with a single goal: to radically improve the way customer support is done. Whether it’s through smarter workflows, real-time integrations, or agent experience tools, he believes support should be faster, friendlier, and future-proof. Greg combines technical insight with hands-on operational knowledge, steering InteliSupport into becoming the platform that sets the next benchmark for human-centered support services.

Sherry M - Co-Founder & Chief People Officer
With over 22 years of experience building resilient, people-first cultures, Sherry is the heart of InteliSupport’s organizational ethos. A proud graduate of UCLA with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology, Sherry’s professional journey has spanned industries, continents, and iconic brands.
Early in her career, she served in HR leadership roles at a Fortune 500 tech firm, where she focused on workforce development, DEI initiatives, and scaling talent strategy across global teams. Most recently, she held the position of VP of People Services for MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, overseeing the human capital framework for thousands of employees and crafting programs that won industry-wide recognition for innovation in employee engagement.
As Co-Founder of InteliSupport, Sherry didn't just help create the company—she engineered its DNA. From the recruiting process to internal training, wellness strategy, and feedback loops, her fingerprints are on every program that touches the employee experience. She believes that exceptional customer support starts with an empowered, supported, and inspired team—and she works every day to make sure they have the tools, trust, and leadership to thrive.
Whether she’s mentoring emerging leaders or building scalable people systems, Sherry ensures that humanity stays at the center of everything InteliSupport does.
Justin C - Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Before co-founding InteliSupport, Justin was a code-slinging teenager building online gaming servers in his parents’ basement. That passion for systems led him to study computational engineering and AI systems architecture, eventually becoming the youngest principal engineer at one of Canada’s top telcos.
With over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams across North America and Southeast Asia, Justin specializes in building scalable infrastructure and conversational AI platforms. He’s known not just for writing beautiful, efficient code, but for fostering a culture where curiosity, experimentation, and ethical innovation thrive.
